With a glass of champagne on arrival, choose from a selection of starters including Scottish smoked salmon, confit duck and foie gras terrine or our Hutchesons salad.
For your main course we have a variety of options including our Scottish sirloin steak sourced from the Borders where it's grass fed and dry-aged for a period of up to 28 days, pan seared duck breast and filleted Scottish salmon sourced from the River Tay in Scotland.
