We are offically the 'Most Stylish' Restaurant in Scotland after we scooped the title at The Scottish Style Awards in association with Moët & Chandon!
Two and a half years in the making, our owners James & Louise Rusk turned their vision into a reality last June when we opened our doors as Hutchesons Bar & Brasserie. It's been an incredible year with our beautiful restaurant picking up praise and critcal acclaim across our industry from the Scottish Variety Awards, to SLTN and recently The Scottish Thistle Awards.
Working with The National Trust for Scotland to preserve such a historical building and creating a dining space for the people of Glasgow to enjoy for many years to come has been a real honour.
Thanks to all of our fantastic customers for your support and, of course, to the Scottish Style Awards for their award!

Hutchesons – based on Ingram Street, is set over three beautiful floors and boasts a Grand Brasserie with exquisitely restored ceilings and decor, an exclusive private dining room, and The 158 Café bar at street level serving the best of Scotland food and drink, set in the classic splendour of Glasgow’s architectural history.
Built in the early 1800s, and designed by one of the great Glasgow architects, David Hamilton, Hutchesons opened its doors in July 2014 after owners James and Louise Rusk alongside the National Trust for Scotland, invested two and a half years transforming a forgotten architectural icon into a bustling standalone dining destination.
