What is a Tafelspitz?
A Tafelspitz at Hutchesons is a 35 day dry-aged piece of Scottish beef, properly hung and cut from the bottom sirloin primal cut - known to us as the rump, with a thin layer of fat across the top keeping the meat moist and packed full of flavour. Carved tableside and served with all the Sunday roast trimmings.
