"A unique event to bring together a community of thinkers and leaders who are passionate about sharing ideas is taking place next week.

The Bubbles & Brunch event is back at Hutchesons, Glasgow’s award-winning restaurant located in Merchant City, which will host the brunch event on Friday, 27 July, with business pioneer Jacqui Low.

Shifting the networking experience from the conference room to a brunch setting, Bubbles & Brunch event has been developed by RUSK & RUSK in partnership with Heart Scotland.

Hosted by Louise Rusk of RUSK & RUSK and Tracey McNellan, managing director of Global Scotland (Heart FM), the event invites Scottish business leaders to share their stories and is designed to empower and inspire business communities as well as the next generation of leaders.

Guest speaker Jacqui, who recently was announced as the new chairman of Partick Thistle Football Club, boasts a career of more than 30 years spanning media, politics and government.

Heart Drivetime’s Lynne Hoggan will be providing the soundtrack to this month’s event, sharing music excerpts that spotlight Jacqui’s career and personal achievements, whilst Jacqui talks about her triumphs, challenges and top tips for being an inspirational leader.

Louise said: ‘Having launched Bubbles and Brunch earlier this year with great response from attendees, we are excited to host Jacqui Low at Hutchesons this month. The event is a unique opportunity for guests to connect with a prominent and savvy woman in business, such as Jacqui who has had an impressive career.

‘Scotland has a wealth of inspirational businesses, yet the forums for its leaders tend to be traditional networking events. This event seeks to step away from the traditional template by creating an inspirational, fun and empowering environment where business leaders and entrepreneurs can exchange ideas and inspire each other.’

Tracey added: ‘I’m really looking forward to Jacqui sharing her professional journey with like-minded people and encouraging those embarking on their own business journey.’

Guests will be treated to a host of brunch favourites from freshly baked croissants, Eggs Royale, and Eggs Florentine to buttermilk pancakes – all accompanied by a glass of bubbly."
