NO5: 'CATENA - A TASTE OF ARGENTINA'
For the fifth instalment of our Hutchesons Uncorked Series, We will be partnering up with Catena Wine to bring a night of excellent wine tasting and food pairing. It’s almost impossible to talk about Argentinean wine without someone mentioning Nicolas Catena or one of his impeccable wines. No one has done more to put Mendoza on the map or to raise the profile of Malbec from Bordeaux.
We are thrilled to welcome Pedro San Martin from Bodega Catena Zapata to host the evening. A native Argentine, Pedro started his career selling wine and spirits in the restaurant scene in Argentina’s capital of Buenos Aires. Pedro will be on hand to give some insight into each of the Catena wines, and how best to pair them with food, attendees are in for a real treat.
Guests can expect a bespoke 5-course menu, complete with wine pairing, expertly paired to enhance and compliment the flavours of dishes.

NO4: 'WINE WITH A VIEW'
We’re back with another Hutchesons Uncorked Event, this time with our supplier at Bibendum Wine! A night of tasting and comparing Oceanic wines from around the Globe. The stunning wines of the Atlantic coast will compete with the wines of the Pacific coast allowing us to identify which of these coastal regions is producing the best wines. An opportunity to taste and understand more about a number of the iconic producers on the Hutchesons wine list whilst you enjoy 5 delicious courses, each paired with a wine. View the menu HERE.

No3: 'MEet THE makER': AN EVENING WITH Bertrand Varoquier of veuve clicquot
Join us for a fabulous dinner with the Champagne Maker of one of the hottest champagnes in the world.
This year marks 200 years since Madame Clicquot created the world’s first blended Rosé Champagne and to celebrate, we are keeping her spirit of creativity and entrepreneurship alive by hosting an exclusive Colourama champagne dinner where guests can ‘Meet The Maker’.
In the same way artists blend colours, Veuve Clicquot blends wines. The Veuve Clicquot Colorama Dinner draws inspiration from the world of painting and re-interprets the art of blending in a very modern, vivid and enticing way.
We are honoured to welcome the charming Bertrand Varoquier, to host the evening. Bertrand Varoquier is a native son of Champagne, born in the heart of the region in the town of Reims; as he puts it, “my blood is bubbly”. For the past six years of his extensive 18-year wine career, he has been at Veuve Clicquot.
Guests will enjoy a colourful bespoke five-course dinner, complete with a champagne pairing, explicitly designed to maximise the flavour profile of each champagne.

Following on from the success of last years dinner with Master Butcher, John Gilmour, at Hutchesons, where he showcased his skills first hand to a sold-out room, we're delighted to welcome him back...and this time we're going bigger & bolder!
